REQUEST FOR BIDS (2025-26-RFP-024) Fort Smith Public Schools – Elementary Lawn Care for School Year 2025 - 2026    Fort Smith Public Schools will be accepting competitive bids for the lawn and landscape care at FSPS Elementary Schools in the present school year 2025 – 2026.  Steps to submit an electronic submission are outlined on the District’s website at www.fortsmithschools.org under Departments/Purchasing/OPENGOV Portal  Vendors are invited to submit electronic bids on Fort Smith Public Schools OPENGOV portal, no later than 12:00PM on Friday, November 21st, 2025.  Fort Smith Public Schools reserves the right to cancel this bid without notice, reject any and all bids, waive formalities and accept the bid judged to be in the best interest of Fort Smith Public Schools.
