I will offer for sale the undivided ½ interest of the property belonging to the said, LORNA JONES A/K/A LURNA JONES right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property at public auction and will sell the same, subject taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any to highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND, plus Florida State Sales Tax, if applicable.
