The following offices are to be elected: A MAYOR in the City of Franklin for a term of three years to succeed JOHN R. NELSON. The incumbent's term of office will expire the third Tuesday of April 2026. An ALDERMAN for each of the Third, Fourth and Sixth Districts in the City of Franklin for a term of three years to succeed the following incumbents: 3rd District: Yousef Hasan 4th District: Courtney Day 6th District Jason Craig The incumbents' terms of office will expire the third Tuesday of April 2026. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers for the above offices is December 1, 2025, and the final date for filing nomination papers in the Office of the City Clerk is 5:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026, except that this final date may be extended 72 hours if the incumbent does not file a Notice of Noncandidacy and does not file nomination papers for that office.
