NOTICE OF HEARING
Please take notice that Charleys Lawnside LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Borough of Lawnside Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 210 N. White Horse Pike, and designated as Block 1401, Lot 4.01 on the municipal tax map. The Applicant is seeking bulk variance approval for the replacement and addition of signage at the property.
The Applicant also seeks the following variances:
Section 96-167(A)(1) – maximum number of wall signs: 1 (one) wall sign permitted per business; 3 (three) wall signs existing; 2 (two) wall signs proposed;Section 96-167(A)(3) – maximum signage area for permanent wall signs: 30 square feet permitted; 2 (two) permanent wall signs each 69.44 sf proposed; andAny and all additional variances required in connection with size, height, location, type and setback of any existing or proposed sign.
The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, additional exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE a remote public hearing will be conducted on November 25, 2025 before the Borough of Lawnside Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with this application by way of a Zoom Webinar rather than an "in-person" meeting. The remote public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. on November 25, 2025.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the public will have full access to the meeting/hearing, and will also be able to give public comment, present objections, and/or cross-examine witnesses on the application being heard by the Board.
In order to access the remote public hearing, you should go to the Borough Website for meeting details: https://www.lawnside.net. The Borough typically utilizes Zoom for its remote public hearings. On the date of the hearing, there will be a link on the Borough website to connect to the remote Planning Board hearing.
