NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000325 of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida wherein Plaintiff, CAP STAR INC., and Defendants, AKISHA C. WIMS and RAVI KADIYALA, individually and as the assignee of CREDIT UNION MORTGAGE UTILITY BANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.stlucie.realforeclose.com, at 8:00 o’clock A.M. on the 6th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
