City of Fort Pierce Launches Funded Grant Programs for 2025–2026 Foreclosure Assistance and Residential Rehabilitation
Notice is given that the City of Fort Pierce’s Grants Administration Division is pleased to announce the launch of the Foreclosure Assistance Program and Residential Rehabilitation Program for the 2025–2026 funding cycle. Applications will open on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and will remain open until all funds have been expended.
A total of $356,368 in State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds has been allocated to support these programs. Funding will assist income-eligible households located within the city limits of Fort Pierce.
Please note: Funding availability is contingent upon any potential Federal Government shutdown.
Applications will be accepted and processed on a first-submitted, first-qualified, first-served basis, subject to funding availability.

Mandatory Orientation
