NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS The Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. concerning the following requests: REZONING # RZ-25-0005: Request to conditionally rezone approximately 27 acres from (M-1) Limited Industrial, (M-2) General Industrial, and (B-1) General Business to (R-TH) Residential Townhouse. The intent behind the rezoning is to develop a maximum of 206 townhouse units. The subject property is located at the intersection of Fountain Drive and New Bohemia Drive and is identified as Tax Map 340(20)00-001-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Industrial uses. REZONING # RZ-25-0006: Request to conditionally rezone approximately 17 acres from (R-2) Limited Residential and (R-A) Residential Agricultural to (R-3) General Residential. The intent behind the rezoning is to develop a 50-lot age-restricted community. The subject property is located at Prince George Drive and is identified as Tax Maps 240(14)00-004-0, 240(14)00-005-0 & 240(14)00-006-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Residential uses. The public hearings will be held in the Board Room, third floor, County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875.
