BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/30/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/17/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:

ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Addendum No. 2, Phase A of Sugarwood Subdivision and designated as LOT FIVE (5) OF BLOCK SEVEN (7) on that certain map entitled "Sugarwood Addendum No. 2, Phase A, Subdivision of Land South of LA. HWY. 311, located in Section 102, T17S-R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana" prepared by David L. Martinez, Registered Land surveyor of the Office of T. Baker Smith & Son, Inc., dated September 26, 2000, and filed as Entry No. 1091053, records of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and according to which map said Lot 5 of Block 7 measures a front or westerly of 75.00 feet, with a width across its rear or easterly of 75.00 feet, with a distance of 135.00 feet on its northerly lot line, and a distance of 135.00 feet on its southerly lot line, said lot being bounded as follows: front or westerly by Ravensaide Drive, rear or easterly by other property of Sugar Pointe, LLC, now or formerly, on its northerly lot line by Lot 4, Block 7, and on its southerly lot line by Lot 6, Block 7, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
