Lane, Jr. dated September 14, 2004 and recorded in the Town of Johnston Land Evidence Records in Book 1459, Page 25, as modified by a certain modification agreement recorded on June 12, 2017, and recorded with said records in Book 2597, Page 210, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
