Any claimants to the $26,120.00 U.S. currency are hereby directed to file a claim with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas under Docket No. MD 397-2025 and send a copy of said claim to the Office of Attorney General, 6400 Flank Drive, Suite 1300, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17112, Attn: Andrew J. Jarbola, IV, Senior Deputy Attorney General. If no claim is filed on or before 30 days from the date of the second publication of this notice, the $26,120.00 U.S. currency shall be summarily forfeited to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General.
