Calling All Insulation Contractors  The Ulster County Community Action Committee, Inc., Weatherization Assistance Program, 70 Lindsley Ave, Kingston, NY 12401 funded by the USDOE and NYSDHCR, is soliciting and accepting bids from insulation subcontractors for the installation of High-Density Blown Insulation as well in residential sidewalls, crawlspaces, and attics as well as applying closed cell spray foam to rim joists and foundation walls for the contract year 2025-2026. Contractors wishing to bid must have proof of Pollution Occurrence Insurance. Bid packages will be emailed to you upon request.
