AUCIELLO OAKS SUBDIVISION, HOPKINTON LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   The Hopkinton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. on the application filed by Paula Auciello pursuant to MGL Chapter 41, Section 81W, to amend the approved plan for the Auciello Oaks subdivision. The Applicant is petitioning the Board to modify the Decision issued on February 12, 1992 and filed with the Town Clerk’s office on February 13, 1992, by removing condition (d) requiring that the road on the approved subdivision plan be maintained by the owners of the property at no expense to the Town. The property is shown on Assessors Map L37 Blocks 47-0, 47-A, and 47-B, and Blocks 74-0, 74-A, and 74-B. The hearing will be held remotely using the Zoom meeting service.
