By virtue of the above stated writ, to me directed, issued out of the SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, CHANCERY DIVISION Docket No. F03391916 will be exposed to sale at public venue on TUESDAY the 9th DAY OF DECEMBER, A.D. 2025 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 5 o'clock (at 2 o'clock) Prevailing Time in the afternoon of said day at the Office of the Sheriff, Toms River, Township of Tom's River, County of Ocean, New Jersey.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on APRIL 30. 2024. On or about that day sale was canceled per attorney for Plaintiff. Sale is now being advertised for 4 consecutive weeks in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale per the attorney for the Plaintiff.
This sale was previously scheduled to be sold on DECEMBER 12, 2018, DECEMBER 3, 2019 AND JANUARY 21, 2025, and on that day the above property sold. The Sheriff's Department has received an ORDER TO VACATE SHERIFF'S SALE AND RESCHEDULE SHERIFF'S SALE, and sale is now being advertised in order to inform the public of the rescheduled date of sale.

THE SHERIFF HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN THIS SALE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE THROUGH PUBLICATION.
"May be subject to an Ordinance by the Ocean County Board of Health: 87-01 Section 10. The Sheriff's Department will require notification of the certification of the wells where applicable."
Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The amount of judgement to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of $228,871.65 more or less plus interest.
The Sheriff shall deduct his fees, costs and commissions of sale from the total amount bid at the sale.
A 20% deposit (cash or certified funds) is required from the Successful Bidder at the time of sale.
