TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE # 25-37   AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED AND RESTATED FINANCIAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP OF EAST BRUNSWICK AND EB DEVELOPMENT URBAN RENEWAL LLC, AND EB DEVELOPMENT III URBAN RENEWAL LLC        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Ordinance # 25-37 was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Council of the Township of East Brunswick, in the County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, on November 10, 2025. It will be further considered for final adoption at its public hearing scheduled on November 24, 2025, at 7:30 P.M., located in the Council’s Chambers/Court Room, in the Municipal Building, 1 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, New Jersey.
