ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The Housing Authority of Henderson will accept Sealed Bids for Electrical Upgrades for 200 units at Asset Management Property 1. This project will require Davis Bacon Act/Prevailing Wage Rates. Proposed Contract Documents/Bid Packets will be available November 13, 2025, at the office of the Housing Authority, 111 S. Adams St., Henderson, KY 42420 or on the website at www.hahenderson.org. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Housing Authority office. Bids will be accepted until December 17, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Contract will be awarded to best low bid.
