The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract of land lying in the City of Wadley, Georgia, 83rd G.M. District of Jefferson County, Georgia, which fronts on Murphy Street in the Town of Wadley, Georgia for a distance of fifty feet and running back in equal dimensions for a distance of 100 feet, and being bounded as follows: North by R.G. Foster, East by R.G. Foster, South by Kiton Newsome and West by Murphy Street. This being the same property acquired by Tommie Lee Dixon under Deed recorded in Deed Book K3-folio 356 of the records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, reference to which is called.
Also, all that lot situated lying and being in the City of Wadley, 83rd G.M. District in said County designated "T.R. Coffer" on plat attached to and made a part of Deed executed to T.R. Coffer dated August 25, 1961, and recorded in the Office of said County in Deed Book 62, page 449, the sale Lot being bounded on the North by a lot formerly owned by F. Wynn and the property now owned by R.G. Foster, on the East by property R.G. Foster, on the South by Railroad Street, and on the West by Murphy Road. This is the identical Lot of land that was conveyed to Elton Newsom by Warranty Deed from Mary Coffer etal and recorded January 23, 1964 in Deed book 67, page 283 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, to which reference hereandto made.

Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after December 12, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated July 2, 2024, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 649, pages 57.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 12th day of December, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 120 St. Galilee Rd, Midville, GA 30441.
