TOWN OF FOND DU LAC FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE The Town Board of the Town of Fond du Lac, with quorum present and after conducting a public hearing preceded by a Class 2 legal notice and receiving a recommendation from the Town's Plan Commission, hereby ordains the following amendment to the Town of Fond du Lac Zoning Ordinance: Section 13-3-5(A)(1) is amended to read. A Class 2 collocation is a permitted use but requires issuance of a conditional use permit for documentation purposes except that a conditional use permit is not necessary when the work involves only replacement of an existing mobile service facility with a new mobile service facility of the same type.
