Plaintiff's good faith estimate of its upset price is: $494,691.31
Subject to a prior mortgage dated February 21, 2003 and recorded April 2, 2003 in Book 12258 / Page 767, that originated with World Savings Bank, FSB. Said mortgage was ultimately assigned to U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST. Said Assignment was dated February 16, 2024, and recorded on March 14, 2024 in Book 5193 at Page 883. The mortgage originated in the amount of $434,000.00. The payoff good through 11/6/2025 is $470,281.64. Purchaser is responsible for obtaining payoff.
