JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY (SJCAA) at the South Bend International Airport, 4477 Progress Drive, South Bend, Indiana 46628 until Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 10:30 AM EST. Late proposals will not be accepted. All rules and regulations pursuant to the State of Indiana Public Works Projects shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. The project generally consists of demolition and replacement of the chiller system serving the airport’s Public Safety Building.
