NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on September 25, 2025, the following Resolution was introduced at the duly noticed public meeting of the Administrative / Legal Committee of the Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District, for the amendment of the below-referenced England Economic and Industrial Development District Code of Ordinances and Policies: RESOLUTION TO ADOPT CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE VI OF ITS CODE OF ORDINANCES AND POLICIES TO ESTABLISH AN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT SYSTEM, TO PROVIDE FOR APPOINTMENT OF HEARING-OFFICER, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION, ENFORCMENT, AND JUDICIAL REVIEW OF EEIDD REGULATORY VIOLATIONS; TO AMEND CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE I, SECTIONS 4-2(D) AND (E); AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE WHEN THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. Public hearing on the consideration of the above-referenced Resolution will be held by the Administrative and Legal Committee of the Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District on November 20, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. in the England Authority Board Room, 1611 Arnold Drive, England Industrial Airpark and Community. Public Hearing on the adoption of the above-referenced Resolution will be held by the Board of Commissioners of the England Economic and Industrial Development District on November 20, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of the Committee meetings of the England Economic and Industrial Development District, in the England Authority Board Room, 1611 Arnold Drive, England Industrial Airpark and Community. Citizens interested in the consideration and adoption of the above-referenced Resolution, as well as those opposed thereto, are notified to appear at said meetings.
