PROPOSED ORDINANCE The Board of Trustees of the Village of Hatch, New Mexico, does propose to adopt at a regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., the following ordinances: An ordinance amending Title 13 Public Services, Chapter 13.08 Sewer Connections and Service Charges Sections 13.08.010 and 13.08.030 An ordinance amending Title 13 Public Services, Chapter 13.04 Water System Regulations, Section 13.04.060 Water Rates An ordinance amending Title 8 of the Hatch Municipal Code Chapter 8.04, Section 8.04.160 Collection and Disposal Service Fees, for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal.
