NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 17, 2025 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Lake County, Florida, described as:
BEGIN 605 FEET NORTH AND 1930 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF RANCHO DRIVE FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM THIS POINT, RUN WEST 110 FEET, RUN THENCE NORTH 100 FEET, RUN THENCE EAST 110, FEET TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF HOLLY ROAD, RUN THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF HOLLY ROAD TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Gary J. Cooney, on the 20th day of January, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the first floor lobby of the Lake County Courthouse, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, Florida, to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
