Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Borough Council at its meeting on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Cornwall Borough Municipal Building, 44 Rexmont Road, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, shall consider, and, if appropriate, at that meeting or a subsequent meeting within 60 days of the date of second publication of this advertisement, shall enact an ordinance, the caption of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CORNWALL, LEBANON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, ACCEPTING FORGE DRIVE AS PART OF THE PUBLIC ROAD SYSTEM OF CORNWALL BOROUGH. The ordinance may be summarized as follows. Sections 1 and 2 accept Forge Drive as part of the Cornwall Borough public street system and set forth information concerning Forge Drive. Sections 3 – 4 authorize proper officials to take actions to finalize the acceptance of dedication and require the developer reimburse the Borough for such costs. Sections 5 – 6 provide for severability of any invalid provisions, and set forth the effective date.
