The City of Jacksonville Office of Development Services, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12031C0182J generally located at the southeast corner of Owens Road and Ranch Road, west of Interstate 95. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) Case No. 25-04-6039R. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance floodplain will widen, narrow and be established within the area of revision.
Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Development Services Office in the Edward Ball Building at 214 N. Hogan Street, Room 2100 (2nd Floor), Jacksonville, Florida 32202.
