Motion made to allow Councilmember Bittner to participate from a remote location by Brandt, seconded by B. LeClair. Voting Yea: Derby, B. LeClair, Brandt, Shimulunas, Stechmesser, Wachowski, D. Discussion of a Resolution Reaffirming the City's Commitment to Financial Sustainability and Responsible Debt Management with a Self Imposed Debt Cap. Discussion of an Ordinance to Create Chapters 2-7-16 of the Municipal Code Establishing a Policy for Responsible Capital Borrowing. Tour and Discussion of Aging City Hall Parking Deck Issues.
