PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN OF MARS HILL   In accordance with NCGS 160D-501, the Mars Hill Town Council will hold the following Public Hearing on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Mars Hill Town Hall located at 280 North Main Street, Mars Hill, North Carolina 28754: 1. A Small Area Plan for the area bounded by Mountain View Road, Anderson Street, and Ivey Street, as well as Short Street. The Plan outlines strategies to guide future development in the short and long term. The Plan envisions a mix of public improvements and private investments. The Plan serves as a conceptual vision for the future and is advisory in nature. The proposed small area plan is available for review at the Mars Hill Town Hall offices located at the 280 North Main Street, Mars Hill, North Carolina 28754 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.   November 19, 26, 2025 11816731
