ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Stevens Point Area Public School District is accepting bids for selective roof replacements at the Stevens Point Area Senior High School. Work to consist of removal of existing PIB roofing, insulation, underlying built-up roofing membrane (asbestos containing). Installation of new attached base sheet into existing lightweight concrete deck, adhered tapered insulation system, coverboard and hot asphalt applied modified bitumen roof system with a 20-year NDL warranty. All existing roof drains will be replaced with new cast iron drain assemblies. Qualified contractors are required to attend a pre-bid meeting conducted by Chris Dahlby (Owner's Representative - Project Consultant) on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:00am in the front lobby of 1201 North Point Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Plans and specifications will be available for distribution at the pre-bid meeting. Contact Chris Dahlby to reserve a set of bid documents.
