PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MARCO ISLAND The City Council of the City of Marco Island, meeting in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on December 8, 2025, in the Dr. Fay and Bedford Biles Community Meeting Room, 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida will consider the following Resolution:   A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE VACATION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY, KNOWN AS CHIPLEY STREET, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN 348 COLONIAL AVENUE AND 336 COLONIAL AVENUE, MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; APPROVING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION; PROVIDING FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN OTHER DEVELOPMENT PERMITS; PROVIDING FOR FAILURE TOCOMPLY WITH APPROVAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.   The petition is available for inspection by the Public in the City Clerk’s office located at City Hall, 50 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Members of the Public are invited to make oral or written comments regarding this petition.
