PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MARCO ISLAND  The City Council of the City of Marco Island, meeting in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on December 8, 2025, in the Dr. Fay and Bedford Biles Community Meeting Room, 51 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, Florida will consider the following Resolution:   A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE COMMON LOT LINES OF MARCO BEACH, UNIT 5, BLOCK 83, LOTS 7, 8, 9, AND 10 LOCATED AT 168, 158, 148 AND 138 S. BARFIELD DRIVE, MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; APPROVING THE EASEMENT VACATION; PROVIDING FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN OTHER DEVELOPMENT PERMITS; PROVIDING FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPROVAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.   The petition is available for inspection by the Public in the City Clerk’s office located at City Hall, 50 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island. Members of the Public are invited to make oral or written comments regarding this petition.
