vs.
JAIME RENTERIA and BLANCA RENTERIA, husband and wife; JOHN DOES I through V; JANE DOES I through V; BLACK CORPORATIONS I through V; WHITE PARTNERSHIPS I through V; and GREEN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES I through V, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 17th day of September, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, Jaime Renteria and Blanca Renteria, as follows:
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF JUDGMENT -- $80,970.84; ACCRUED INTEREST TO DATE (18%)($39.93 PER DAY x 340) -- $13,576.21; FEES & COSTS TO DATE -- $14,281.21; ACCRUED INTEREST TO DATE (8.5%)($3.32 Per day x 6 days) -- $19.92.
Taking into consideration any payments made on that Judgment and accrued interest to date on the principal amount of the Judgement at the rate of 18% per annum from October 11, 2024 until paid and interest at the rate of 8.5% percent per annum from September 10, 2025 on the fees and costs, the total amount due on that Judgment as of September 16, 2025 is $108,848.17, plus post judgment fees and costs, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit:
LOT 396, OF MARLBOROUGH COUNTRY UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, RECORDED IN BOOK 183 OF MAPS, PAGE 15.
AKA: 7701 W. Clayton Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85033.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
