ORDINANCE An Ordinance to amend Section 10.390 of the Manitowoc Municipal Code regulating Parking Prohibited. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Manitowoc do ordain as follows: Section 1. Section 10.390 is amended to read as follows: "10.390 Parking Prohibited. … South 8th Street. There shall be no parking on South 8th Street as follows: … (b) On the east side of South 8th Street from Madison Street to Columbus Street between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. while Lincoln High School is in session (school days). (c) On the east side of South 8th Street beginning at a point located 120 feet north of the north curbline of Madison Street, thence continuing north a distance of 30 feet, except for the sole purpose of loading and unloading motor vehicles. (d) On the east side of South 8th Street, south of Franklin Street, for a distance of 59 feet south of the north building edge on Franklin Street. (e) On the west side of South 8th Street, south of Franklin Street, for a distance of 59.5 feet south of the north building edge on Franklin Street. (f) On the east side of South 8th Street from the south curbline of Quay Street to a point 48 feet south of Quay Street. (g) On the west side of South 8th Street, south of Quay Street, for a distance of 48 feet south of the south curbline of Quay Street. …" Section 2.
