NOTICE of INTENT TO AWARD PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT The City of Manitowoc intends to award a contract to Everest Industries, Inc., based on a quote, for Log Grinding, at a cost of $12,000.00 without advertising for bids. This notice is given pursuant to the Wisconsin Statute Section 62.15, which provides that if the estimated cost of any public improvement exceeds $5,000 but is not greater than $25,000, a Class I Notice of the proposed improvement shall be published before the contract is executed. The contract shall be executed at the next Board of Public Works meeting after publication. The work is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
