AN ORDINANCE OFFICIAL NOTICE Published by Authority of the Common Council of the City of Appleton Office of the City Clerk, Appleton Notice is hereby given that the following Ordinances were adopted by the Common Council on November 19, 2025 and approved by the Mayor on the 19th day of November 2025. 119-25 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND RECREATING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF APPLETON. The Common Council of the City of Appleton does ordain as follows: Section 1: All ordinances of a general and permanent nature, relating to a Comprehensive Plan, adopted prior to November 19, 2025, are hereby repealed. Section 2: The Comprehensive Plan entitled "Plan Appleton" as prepared by SmithGroup and approved by the Common Council on November 19, 2025, is hereby adopted as the City of Appleton Comprehensive Plan.
