Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated April 29, 2022, executed by 3 FIVES, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, to FRC VTX ASSETS LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, which mortgage was recorded on May 13, 2022, in Book RLPY 05815, Page 0835, in the mortgage records of the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, and having been recorded on November 27, 2023 in REAL PROPERTY Book 2023, Page 7479, Instrument Number 654625. in the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama and which mortgage was duly transferred and assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for the FLIC Residential Mortgage Loan Trust I, recorded in Autauga County, Alabama on June 4, 2025 in Book 2025, Page 3996 AND recorded in Montgomery County, Alabama on November 6, 2025 in Book 0681, Page 23, notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Main entrance to the Montgomery County Courthouse (Phelps-Price Justice Center) at Montgomery, Alabama during the legal hours of sale on December 15, 2025, the following described real estate, situated in Montgomery County AND Autauga County, Alabama, to-wit:

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage as well as expenses of foreclosure. These properties will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis, subject to any easements, encumbrances, and exceptions reflected in the mortgage and those contained in the records of the office of the Judge of Probate of the County where the above-described properties are situated. These properties will be sold without warranty or recourse, expressed or implied as to condition, title, use and/or enjoyment and will be sold subject to the right of redemption of all parties entitled thereto.
