That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2019, 2023 and 2024 were paid by the holder of said certificate Of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Bob Housman.   That Hector Manuel Montanez Castillo the present holder Of said certificate Of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will Offer for sale at public auction on or after 18th day Of March A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
