TO: Jane Harrison, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest; Michael J. Harrison; Carla Renee Harrison; Latoya Stroman
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE than an order made on the 14 th day of November 2025, the Superior Court fixed January 13, 2026, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and four o'clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the office of the Tax Collector of the Township of Winslow, located at 125 South Route 73, Winslow Township, New Jersey, as the time and place for redemption when and where you may pay the Plaintiff the amount so found due for principal and interest on its certificate for tax sale as follows:
This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #229395 dated 4/3/2024, made by the Collector of Taxes for the Township of Winslow and State of New Jersey assigned to Michael Johnson and recorded in the office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in mortgage book 12581, page 252, and covers real estate located at Landing Road, Township of Winslow, County of Camden and State of New Jersey known as Block 3143 Lot(s) 5 on the tax duplicate of the Township of Winslow, and assessed to Jane Harrison. Total amount required to redeem is $56,968.55 together with interest from November 14, 2025, and costs.
And that unless, at the same time and place, you or one of you redeem by paying the aforesaid sum so found due to Plaintiff, then you and each of you shall be debarred and foreclosed of and from all right and equity of redemption on, in and to said lands and premises above set out and described in the complaint and every part thereof, and that the Plaintiff be vested with an absolute and indefeasible interest of inheritance in fee simple to said lands and premises.
Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, redemption shall be permitted up until the entry of final judgment including the whole of the last date upon which judgment is entered.
