11822859 Notice of Application to Merge F&M Bank with and into Volunteer Bank and F&M Financial Corporation with and into Lawrence Bancshares, Inc.    Notice is hereby given that Volunteer Bank, a state banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, with its main office at 3200 West End Avenue, Suite 100, Nashville, Tennessee 37203, has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Commissioner of Financial Institutions for the State of Tennessee for permission to merge F&M Bank, a state banking corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee, with its main office located at 50 Franklin Street, Clarksville, Tennessee 37040, with and into Volunteer Bank. Simultaneous with the merger of F&M Bank with and into Volunteer Bank, F&M Bank’s parent corporation, F&M Financial Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, will merge with and into Volunteer Bank’s parent corporation, Lawrence Bancshares, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, with Lawrence Bancshares, Inc. surviving the merger.     Any person wishing to comment on the application referred to above may file his or her comments in writing with the regional director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Dallas regional offices at 600 North Pearl Street, Suite 700, Dallas, Texas 75201 so as to be received not later than December 10, 2025. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the Dallas regional FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
