The land in Worcester, Worcester County, Massachusetts, on the westerly side of Salisbury Street, being a portion of Lot 2 as shown on a plan entitled, "Lot Layout at Salisbury and Flagg Street, E.P. Whitehead, "Owner and Developer, by H.L. Robinson, C.E.' and recorded with the Worcester District Regsitry of Deeds in Plan Book 52, Plan 76, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Salisbury Street as relocated ten (10) feet southerly from the P.C. of a curve of 570 foot radius;
THENCE North 77 degrees 47' West one hundred forty-three and 50/100 (143.50) feet, more or less, by a lot now or formerly owned by Alma L. Whitehead, to a corner;
THENCE North 6 degrees 50' E. one hundred and 43/100 (100.43) feet to an angle;
THENCE South 77 degrees 47' East one hundred fifty-two and 90/100 (152.90) feet to the westerly line of Salisbury Street as relocated;
THENCE South 12 degrees 13' West by the westerly line of Salisbury Street one hundred (100) feet to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING 14,820 square feet, more or less.

These premises will be sold and conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights of way, restrictions, easements, covenants, liens or claims in the nature of liens, improvements, public assessments, any and all unpaid taxes, tax titles, tax liens, water and sewer liens and any other municipal assessments or liens or existing encumbrances of record which are in force and are applicable, having priority over said mortgage, whether or not reference to such restrictions, easements, improvements, liens or encumbrances is made in the deed.
TERMS OF SALE:
A deposit of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars by certified or bank check will be required to be paid by the purchaser at the time and place of sale. The balance is to be paid by certified or bank check at Harmon Law Offices, P.C., 150 California St., Newton, Massachusetts 02458, or by mail to P.O. Box 610389, Newton Highlands, Massachusetts 02461-0389, within thirty (30) days from the date of sale. Deed will be provided to purchaser for recording upon receipt in full of the purchase price.
