PUBLIC NOTICE November 2025 Advertisement of Bid Separate sealed Bid Proposals for the Brian Head 2026 Waterline Projects will be received by Brian Head Town at their offices at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, Utah 84719, until no later than 10:00 a.m., December 8th, 2025, and at that time will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Town Council Chambers. Brian Head Town reserves the right to not award the project to the low bidder. Project will be separated in two phases, the Elk Drive SAA Waterline and the BH Unit 3 SAA Waterline. The Elk Drive SAA consists of the construction of approximately 1,75 lineal feet of 8” ductile iron pipe with associated appurtenances. The BH Unit 3 SAA consists of approximately 2,60 lineal feet of 8” ductile iron pipe with associated appurtenances. Brian Head Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularity. The Contractor must be on the planholders list to submit a bid. If you would like a copy of the Contract Documents a printed set may be obtained for $75.00 per set. Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be examined and/or obtained at the Offices of Alpha Engineering after November 23rd, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3rd, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and will originate at the Town Office. Attendance at this meeting is required to bid the project.
