APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94479 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 25th day of June 2025 Lead with Horses of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.010 c.f.s., 4.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 11510, Certificate 3329. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within Government Lot No. 2 (NW1/4 SW1/4) of Section 31, T17N, R20E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 31 bears N 38 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds W, a distance of 1,210.6 feet (approx. at the NW corner of Lakeshore Drive and W Coyote Drive, Washoe County, NV). Water will be used for commercial and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 24, T17N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 24 bears S 13 degrees 47 minutes 14 seconds W, a distance of 872.82 feet.
