Brunswick County, NC Floodplain Management Department hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between US Hwy 17 and Morgan Creek. Specifically, the flood hazard information along the Unnamed Tributary to Morgan Creek shall be revised from the confluence with Morgan Creek to US Hwy 17. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and narrow within the area of revision.
