By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No. 55D01-2503-MF-000551, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and Dylan E. Porter, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th day of January, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office at 160 N Park Ave, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan, Indiana:
