NO.PC-2025-03311 ORDER OF NOTICE BY PUBLICATION TO: Sean McAdam,   WHEREAS a civil action has begun against you in our Superior Court of Providence County by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, wherein it seeks to deposit surplus funds being held following the foreclosure sale of real property situated at 14 Partridge Drive, Exeter, RI 02822 with the Court.  It is ORDERED that notice of this suit be given to Sean McAdam, by publishing in the Providence Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Exeter, once per week for three successive weeks, and that the final publication to be at least 20-days before said return day.
