Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the 6th G.M. District of Chatham County, Georgia, and being known as Lot Thirty-One (31), Phase Two, Weatherwood Subdivision, as shown on that certain plat prepared by Vincent
Helmly, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 22, 1986, and recorded in the records of Chatham County, Georgia, in Subdivision Map Book 7-S, page
53, for a more particular description of said lot.
Subject, however, to all restrictive covenants, easements and rights of way of record.
Said property being known as 120 Tiana Circle, Savannah, Georgia 31406, and bearing a Tax Parcel Number of 1042602014.
This being that same property conveyed to Nathaniel Snyder by Warranty Deed dated January 10, 2025, and recorded January 15, 2025 in Deed Book 3571, page
376, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after January 16, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated October 3, 2023, and recorded on November 3, 2023, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3234, Page 597.
The property may be redeemed at any time before January 16, 2026, by payment of the
redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
