APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94749 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 29th day of September 2025 City of Yerington of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.6907 c.f.s., 500.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 85138. Water will be diverted from an underground source (PW-1) at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 35, T12N, R27E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 35 bears S 37 degrees 54 minutes E, a distance of 5,185.0 feet (approx. 9.7 miles NE from the intersection of Hwy 95 and Old State Route 2C in Mineral County, NV). Water will be used for construction purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 14, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 14 bears S 37 degrees 54 minutes 13 seconds W, a distance of 1,643.23 feet.
