APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94750 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 29th day of September 2025 City of Yerington of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.6907 c.f.s., 500.0 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 85138. Water will be diverted from an underground source (PW-A) at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 21, T12N, R27E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of Section 35, T12N, R27E, MDB&M bears S 51 degrees 38 minutes E, a distance of 18,414.0 feet (approx. 12.5 miles SW of the intersection of Highway 95 Alt and SR208 in Yerington, NV). Water will be used for construction purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 14, T13N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 14 bears S 37 degrees 54 minutes 13 seconds W, a distance of 1,643.23 feet.
