By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Tippecanoe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 79C01-2411-MF-000121 wherein Amerihome Mortgage Company, LLC was Plaintiff, and Bradley J. Winter; Southaven Villas Inc. A/K/A Southaven Villas Homeowners Association were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of January, 2026 , at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
Unit number 68, Block/Building I, in Southaven Planned Development, Third Amendment, Phase Three, a Condominium, an Addition to the City of Lafayette, Tippecanoe County, Indiana, the plat of which is dated December 8, 2004 and recorded December 10, 2004, as Document Number 04033384, in Planned Development Record Book 11, page 275, in the Office of the Recorder of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Together with an undivided interest in the Common Area and Limited Areas, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and of Easements, Restrictions and Covenants for Southaven Planned Development, Third Amendment, Phase Three, dated December 8, 2004 and recorded December 10, 2004 as Document Number 04033385, in the Office of the Recorder of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
