EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE

THE VILLAGES COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS, an Arizona non-profit corporation, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
ERIC DE SEAN STANTON II, An Unmarried Man; JOHN DOES and JANE DOES I through X; BLACK CORPORATIONS I through X; and WHITE PARTNERSHIPS I through X, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 8th day of October, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of September, 2025, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, Eric De Sean Stanton II, as follows:
Amount of Judgment -- $12,294.25; Costs to date, not included in amount of the Judgment -- $33.00; Accrued interest to date -- $0.00; Attorneys' fees -- $1,300.00.
Taking into consideration any payments made on that Judgment, costs to date, and interest to date, the total amount due on that Judgment is $13,627.25, plus costs of Sheriff's sale together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Apartment D, Building 15, of The VILLAGES TRACTS “A” & “B”, as set forth in Declaration recorded in Document No. 2002-107290, Amendment in Document No. 2011-1068788 and set forth on Plat recorded in Book 162 of Maps, Page 21, in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona;
Together with said apartments respective garage, patio and storage areas; and
Together with said apartment's respective interest in and to the general common area, limited common area, and private drives, all as set forth in said Declaration;
Except an undivided 1/16th of all oil, gases and other hydrocarbon substances, coal or stone, metals, minerals, fossils and fertilizer of every name and description together with all uranium, thorium or any other materials which is or may be determined by the laws of the State, the United States, or decisions of courts to be peculiarly essential to the production of fissionable materials, whether or not of commercial value, as reserved by the States of Arizona.

NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
