vs.
CAMILLIA R. DIAZ, a unmarried woman; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, a governmental entity; POINT DIGITAL FINANCE, INC., a Delaware corporation; 510 HEOC, II, a Delaware Limited Liability company; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF CAMILLIA R. DIAZ, IF DECEASED, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 8th day of October, 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of November, 2024, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendant, above-named, as follows:
Amounts awarded in judgment, accruing interest at rate stated in judgment -- $9,513.30; Pre Judgment interest -- $259.20; 2025 assessment -- $780.00; Late charges -- $195.00; NSF Fee -- $25.00; Interest accrued on judgment through September 18, 2025 -- $1,143.19; Supplemental attorney fees and costs pending Court approval -- $3,817.65; Less credits or payments applied -- ($0.00); Total judgment balance as of September 18, 2025 -- $15,733.54.
Interest will continue to accrue at the rate of $3.32 per diem from September 19, 2025, plus monthly late charges commencing September 30, 2025. Additional assessments will accrue January 1, 2026 in an amount not less than $780.00, plus costs of Sheriff’s Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien against the Defendant, on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 44, of HIGHLINE VISTA ESTATES, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 583 of Maps, Page 11.
AKA: 1520 East Gary Way, Phoenix, Arizona 85042.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
