Keller, Samuel T. Keller, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 29th day of January, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Beginning at a point Two Hundred Thirty-six (236) feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1) Nightingale's Subdivision and running thence West Fifty-two (52) feet; thence South One Hundred Thirty (130) feet; thence East at right angles Fifty-two (52) feet; thence North at right angles One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to the place of beginning.
